HFC23、HFC-23。由于R-23属于HFC类物质(非ODS物质Ozone-depleting Substances)——因此完全不破坏臭氧层,是世界绝大多数国家认可并推荐使用的环保制冷剂,也是主流的环保制冷剂之一

 
 

R-23作为广泛使用的超低温制冷剂,由于HFC-23 良好的综合性能,使其成为一种非常有效和安全的CFC-13(R13、R-13、Freon 13、氟利昂-13)和R-503的替代品,主要应用于环境试验箱/设备(冷热冲击试验机)、冻干机/冷冻干燥机、超低温冰箱或冷柜、血库冰箱、生化试验箱等深冷设备中(包括科研制冷、医用制冷等),多见用于这些复叠式制冷系统的低温级。三氟甲烷同时还可用作气体灭火剂,是哈龙1301的理想替代品,具有清洁、低毒、灭火效果好等特点

9.08kg/瓶, 要回收包装钢装,为高压容器,运载中应避免撞击、摔落。 2、杜邦制冷剂R23贮存时应避免直接曝晒,远离热源。

另注:压缩机生产商通常建议杜邦制冷剂R23使用多元醇酯POE(Polyol Ester)冷冻机油

 

对环境的影响

1、健康危害
侵入途径:吸入。
健康危害:接触后可引起头痛、恶心和呕吐,有麻醉作用。

毒性:属低毒类。
急性毒性:大鼠吸入20%×2小时,存活;豚鼠吸入50~80%(充氧环境连续吸入),存活
危险特性:不燃。受热分解释出剧毒的烟雾。

应急处理处置方法

泄漏应急处理
迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至上风处,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。建议应急处理人员戴自给正压式
呼吸器,穿一般作业工作服。尽可能切断泄漏源。合理通风,加速扩散。漏气容器要妥善处理,修复、检验后再用。
防护措施
呼吸系统防护:空气中浓度料高时,建议佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(半面罩)。
身体防护:穿一般作业工作服。
手防护:戴一般作业防护手套。
其它:避免高浓度吸入。进入罐、限制性空间或其它高浓度区作业,须有人监护。

急救措施

吸入:迅速脱离现场至空气新鲜处。保持呼吸道通畅。如呼吸困难,给输氧。如呼吸停止,立即进行人工呼吸。就医。
灭火方法:本品不燃。切断气源。喷水冷却容器,可能的话将容器从火场移至空旷处。
